Common Questions
Is the price all-inclusive?
The flat rate covers all engineering and design work. It does not include third-party subscription costs such as your domain name, CMS plan, Clerk, or Stripe fees — those are billed directly to you by the respective providers.
What counts as one revision round?
One revision round is a single consolidated list of changes you send after reviewing a delivered version — for example: update headline copy, adjust button color, reorder two sections. Sending multiple separate feedback threads counts as multiple rounds.
What if I need more revisions than included?
Additional work beyond the included revision rounds, or requests that change the original scope (new pages, new features), are quoted separately at $75 / hour.
Do I own the code after delivery?
Yes — 100%. Once the project is complete and approved, full ownership of the source code and all assets transfers to you.
Does it include hosting?
Deployment is included in the service. The project is either pushed to your own Vercel or Netlify account, or delivered as a private GitHub repository you can deploy yourself.
What if I want to cancel?
You may cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided engineering work has not yet started. After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable as the project slot has been reserved.
What if I don't respond after a revision is delivered?
If no feedback is received within 5 business days of a delivered revision, the project is considered approved and delivered in its current state.

1. Payment
Full payment is required upfront via a secure Stripe payment link issued by LogiNoub, Inc. Engineering work does not begin until payment is confirmed. By completing payment you agree to these Terms.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment and before engineering work has started are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, or once work has begun, payments are non-refundable due to the reservation of dedicated engineering time.
3. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated list of requested changes. Requests that alter the fundamental scope of the project — including adding pages or features not specified in the original package — are considered out-of-scope and will be quoted at $75 / hour.
4. Implicit Acceptance
If no revision feedback is submitted within 5 business days of a delivered version, the project is deemed accepted and delivered in its current state. No further revisions will be processed under the original package.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon project completion and final approval, full ownership of the source code and all produced assets transfers to the client. LogiNoub, Inc. retains no rights to the delivered work. The client is solely responsible for any ongoing third-party licensing or subscription fees required to operate the project.
6. Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party services (Stripe, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, Netlify, Contentful, Sanity, etc.). The client is responsible for creating their own accounts with these providers and for any associated costs. LogiNoub, Inc. is not liable for service interruptions or policy changes by third-party providers.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from the date the client submits a complete project brief following payment. Delays caused by incomplete briefs, late asset delivery, or delayed client feedback do not constitute a breach by LogiNoub, Inc.
8. Limitation of Liability
LogiNoub, Inc.'s total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.
