Terms of Service

Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Mini Hospital is offered as an annual subscription, billed in advance at USD $300 per year (unless a different amount is agreed in writing) and processed securely by Stripe. LogiNoub, Inc. does not store your payment card details. A free trial is available on request (admin@loginoub.com) so that you may evaluate the product before purchasing — the trial period is your opportunity to confirm that the service meets your needs.

All subscription fees are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for any unused portion of a term. The subscription renews automatically for successive one-year terms unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the term already paid for, and no refund or credit is issued for the remaining time. Access is provisioned manually after payment is received, and you are responsible for providing accurate details for the person or organisation who should receive access.

Any customization, configuration, integration, or bespoke development work is quoted and invoiced separately from the subscription and is likewise non-refundable. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; any change applies to your next renewal, not your current term, and we will give you reasonable notice. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at admin@loginoub.com before initiating a payment dispute — initiating a chargeback in place of contacting us may result in immediate suspension of access.

Nothing generated by A.I.R.A. constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such. LogiNoub, Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and does not hold any license to provide financial advice under any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the U.S. Securities Exchange Act, SEC regulations, or any equivalent authority in other jurisdictions.

The signal outputs (bullish, bearish, neutral), confidence scores, and narrative summaries produced by A.I.R.A. reflect AI-generated analysis only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance referenced in any report is not a guarantee of future results. You should always conduct your own independent research and consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

AI Data Accuracy

A.I.R.A. uses large language models and third-party data sources to generate research reports. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of financial data, SEC filings, or news sources. All reports are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The confidence score displayed in each report reflects the AI model's internal assessment of uncertainty and is not a guarantee of correctness. LogiNoub, Inc. shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content. By using A.I.R.A., you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Payments & Refunds

A.I.R.A. analyses are sold as one-time, non-refundable credits. Each pack grants a fixed number of analyses valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. LogiNoub, Inc. does not store your payment card details. Credits are consumed when an analysis is successfully initiated; a credit is not restored if the analysis fails due to a data availability issue with a third-party source.

Payment, Cancellation & Refunds (Summary)

Design and development service plans are paid in full up front via Stripe before engineering work begins. Cancellations qualify for a full refund only if requested within 24 hours of payment and before work has started; after that, or once work has begun, payments are non-refundable because dedicated engineering time is reserved.

Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds; changes that alter the original scope are out-of-scope and billed at $75 / hour. If no revision feedback is received within 5 business days of a delivered version, the work is deemed accepted. On final approval, ownership of the source code and produced assets transfers to the client, who is responsible for any third-party service accounts and fees.
